MSV is a unique sailing yacht that offers the aesthetics of a classic yacht and ultimate comfort and generous space for her guest reminiscent of a modern yacht. A powerful and graceful yacht under sail that has a true worldwide cruising capabilities and is set up for spending long periods comfortably aboard.

In 2020 she enjoyed servicing of major components and total varnish. She is standing tall and awaits her next loving owner.

Style, Class and a Roaring 20's Mystique sets MSV in a category of her own.  Consider her uniqueness, then understand she was commissioned in 2013 by a Dutch yard well-known for excellence since 1798, Balk Shipyards, Netherlands.

Designed by the world acclaimed naval architects, Dykstra. Same design team for S/Y MALTESE FALCON, the largest sailboat in the world until Dykstra's more recent design, S/Y BLACK PEARL at 107meters.  Dykstra other designs include: KAMAXITHA, RAINBOW, HETAIROS, BORKUMRIFF IV and METEOR to list just a few.  MSV is proud to be part of this heritage.  She is the 14th largest sailing yacht in the world.

 

Private Owner's Suite: Located on two deck levels. You'll find an elegant Master suite w/2 full EnSite facilities, Massage Room, Sauna and Dressing Room. Up the private stairway to the rich opulence of the large Owner's Private Saloon, followed by large private alfresco table and seating.

5 Staterooms sleeping 10 or 12 w/Pullmans.  6 Crew cabins, sleeping 10 or 12.

Ship's Systems are all top tier quality and installed by Dutch craftsman.  She has been lightly used and always well maintained.  

Power: Twin MTU 8V2000m72 engines w/1285 hrs. stbd & 1286 hrs. port providing a range of over 2900NM. 

Generators: Twin Northern Lights 90KW 

Sails include over 1500m2 of Doyle Vectran Techpanel sails all handled by Bamar furlers and Rondal Sail Control System. The booms are custom built carbon fiber.

The guest accommodations is entered via the deck house salon which is located amidships. Double doors lead you into Grand Saloon area. To port is the nicely appointed. Bar, forward to port is the dining area. Separated by twin pop up TV find to starboard forward of which is the comfortable saloon area with two sofas and two big arm chairs and a coffee table. Aft and across from the bar is a large game table and 4 chairs.

Guest cabins are down via a comfortable sweeping staircase. Once in the lower gusest lobby, you go aft where there are two mirror imaged VIP Suites. Both have island queen sized berths, night tables and desk area, an abundance of drawer storage and hanging locker.  They both have nicely appointed bathrooms with stall showers. Continuing aft are the two twin bedded cabins, which are also mirror imaged. They both have en-suite bathrooms with stall showers.

Owner's Price Suite

An automatic sliding door leads aft into the two floor Owner's Suite. From here you an go up the sweeping stair case into the Owner's private lounge which is situated on the main deck. There is a sofa, two armchairs and a full working Owner's roll-top desk an chair. Aft double doors lead out on deck area to find a covered private seating and high/low table.

From the lower deck Owner's lobby entrance, you'll find a sauna and dressing area to port and full massage room to starboard. Continue aft into the Owner's Stateroom.  This is a full beam suite with a centrally positioned king sized bed, sofa to starboard and a vanity table to port. There is additional storage space, twin hanging lockers as well as two completely separate his and hers bathrooms. The port one has a stall shower whist the starboard bathroom has a deep full bathtub. 

Crew

The crew quarters are accessed via the on-deck pilot house forward. A staircase lead down to the crew passageway. Forward are four bunk bedded cabins and two cabins with double berths for the Captain and Engineer. All crew cabins have en-suite bathrooms.

 

Aft of the crew cabins is the galley which is well equipped an also has a separate serving pantry just aft for ease of service. Opposite the galley to starboard is the crew mess, aft of which is the laundry. There is also a sub deck are housing the extra refrigeration, freezers, twin wind coolers as well as the dry storage and additional storage space.
