Additional Details and Condition:

Hull is 1.25 solid in great shape with no blistering, painted a beautiful shade of navy blue in 2014.
Bottom is VC17 bottom paint and coated in spring of 2024 with 2 fresh layers each year.
Deck has Kiwi Grip non-skid
The interior shows signs of wear typical of its age but remains in good condition overall. Headliner does need work.
Engine runs smoothly and has been serviced regularly. Perkins 4-108 50hp 2 blade prop, cruises at 7knots comfortably. Engine is lightly used with low hours but hours are unknown.
Keel bolts have been replaced and maintenanced
Quarter birth has cushions and boat sleeps 4-5 with its use
2 new batteries and battery charger installed in spring 2024
