VESSEL DETAILS
HULL & DECK: Airex foam cored and fiberglass hull sandwich construction, with 2" heavy internal and external laminates, laid up in the traditional way. Hull is epoxy-coated and painted in 2020 with Interlux two part black paint. Ballast keel is lead and the centerboard, mast step and floors are all bronze. Centerboard is hydraulically operated; centerboard shaft replaced 2019. 2019 Black painted hull with white boottop and blue bottom. Centerboard cable and shaft replaced 2019. Fiberglass skeg hung rudder. Decks are covered with synthetic teak decking from Tek-Dek, over fiberglass layers with several layers of 1/2" plywood under. Martek S/S dinghy davits with 150w solar panel over. Center cockpit with laid and caulked teak cockpit. Edson 32" S/S wheel steering with elkhide covering. Replaced steering cables and chain recently. Repacked rudder shaft bearing. 13 aluminum opening ports. 4 deck hatches. Two companionways. Ladder to get out of aft cabin. Dorade vents. 2021 light gray cockpit Dodger, OBan Sails, Scotland. Repacked steering sheave bearings. Replaced cockpit scupper seacock-replaced seacock tail pieces as needed. Rebuilt wind generator on mizzen mast with new bearings and electronics; silent blades. Older cockpit Bimini houses 2 solar panels in addition to solar panels on top of davit. Exterior varnish redone by Dion's Yacht Yard in Epiphanes varnish. Cockpit teak table and helm seat and teak cockpit step. Large aft lazarette. 2021 Blue cockpit cushions. Cabin trunk is painted white; housetop is painted gray. Teak exterior toerails, handrails and trim. Double S/S wire lifelines with S/S 24" high stanchions and bow and stern rails. Three dorade white plastic cowl vents with S/S guards. 4 Goiot deck hatches. Simpson Lawrence V2000 12V windlass - up only (also has spare motor). All bronze seacocks for sea valves. Aluminum framed fixed and opening portlights.       TANKAGE:  Fuel: 100 gallons in two 50 gallon Monel tanks-one in port cockpit locker and one in starboard walkway under watermaker; port fuel tank was polished last spring. Starboard tank was emptied and scrubbed 2019. Water: 150 gallons in two 75 gallon fiberglass tanks, with large inspection ports, located under main salon settee. Holding: Two poly tanks (unconfirmed capacity) with "y" valves installed. One 6 gallon located under aft head vanity and 15 gallon forward head area; also, has 12V Jabsco diaphragm macerator pump. Hot water heater: yes, portside engine space. Grey water tanks: yes, with Rule 1000 bilge pump for shower sumps. All water and fuel tanks have manual cross-over valves.       ENGINE & MECHANICAL:  2007 Yanmar 4JH4-TE (installed in 2009), turbo-charged diesel, 75 hp, 4 cylinder, FWC (Serial # E11296). 3200 engine hours. Kanzaki KM4A.2 transmission (Serial# 00380) 2.14:1 reduction gear. 1 1/4" S/S shaft with Vetus flex coupling. Bronze stuffing box; new cutlass bearing. 4 blade 13 RH Vari prop. 2014 new exhaust system. Replaced raw water pump on engine. Fireboy automatic fire extinguisher for engine room.       ELECTRICAL:  12V DC electrical system only. Vessel came with 240V system which has never been used by this owner. 3 Blue Seas battery switches. 2019 new Firefly house batteries - 3-4V AGM's, 400 amp hour. 2021 new 12V lead acid start battery. New Hamilton Ferris 150 high output alternator dedicated to the house bank. Yanmar 55 amp 2nd alternator dedicated to engine start battery. Xantrex 2500w inverter-charger; Freedom 2055 Sine Wave charger. Victron battery monitor and solar charge controllers, one per panel. Solar is sufficient to run refrigerator and freezer all summer. Large hot water heater. Balmar-Max charge multi stage regulator. Solbian solar panels on bimini.     ACCOMMODATIONS:  For six to seven in three cabins with two enclosed heads. Headroom is just under 7' throughout. The interior cabins and joinery are fitted out to a very high standard, and most interior lights are LED now. The forward cabin has vee berths with lee cloths, storage lockers and drawers to starboard; there are shelves port and starboard, and a hatch overhead. Next is a hanging locker to starboard. The forward enclosed head is to port with Jabsco manual head, a wash basin and shower. The holding tank has its own macerator. The main salon has settee berths, port and starboard, and a drop leaf table between. Water tanks are under settees. Lee cloths are on the bunks. There is a starboard pilot berth as well. Nav station is aft to starboard, with bookshelves and 3 drawers. Batteries are located in locker beneath. Hanging locker aft, and contains battery charger. The well-designed U-shaped galley is to port at the bottom of the companionway. It has a 4 burner Force 10 LPG cooker and oven, double S/S sinks draining to the grey tank, with hot and cold pressurized water, and saltwater foot pump, 12V Frigoboat refrigerator-freezer, dish lockers, etc. There is a walkthrough to the aft cabin, with double berth to port, and a single berth to starboard. There is a second companionway hatch which accesses the aft deck with pull-out ladder. The enclosed aft head is to port with manual W.C., sink, and drawers and lockers (owner's only use fresh water from showers to flush heads, so no odors).       ELECTRONICS:  5" Ritchie binnacle compass. Raymarine ST 6002 Autopilot Smart Pilot - hydraulic linear drive solenoid replaced and fluid flushed 2022. Raymarine ST60 remote autopilot. ICOM IC-706 35B transceiver. Raymarine ST60 wind, speed, depth. Raymarine C120 radar/chartplotter (intermittent display in heat). Raymarine RC320 GPS chartplotter. Replaced autopilot hydraulic solenoid and flushed system. New Vesper Cortex AIS transponder (provides instruments, AIS & GPS via wifi). Standard Horizon Matrix VHF with Ram mic.       SAILS & RIGGING: Masthead ketch rig. Mast height: 63' 7.7" (without any antennas). 2023 new Doyle mainsail and mizzen for offshore. 2023 main and mizzen sail pack. Owen genoa, serviceable condition. 2008 Selden masts and booms, main is keel stepped. Lazy jacks on mainsail and mizzen. Spinnaker pole mounted on mast. Other sails include storm jib on removable inner forestay, symmetrical spinnaker, storm trysail. Mizzen staysail and cruising code zero. 2014 new headstay. New jib sheets. 2020 Harken roller furler for genoa. S/S standing rigging, all replaced new S.S rigging, 2008. 4:1 mainsheet traveller, mounted aft of helm. Block and tackle boom vang. Manual backstay adjuster. Mizzen runners are new Dyneema and upper runner blocks new 2022. Lewmar #16 mainsheet winch. Mizzen halyard winch. 2 Lewmar 66 S.T. sheet winches. 2 Lewmar 52 S.T. sheet winches.  2 Lewmar S.T. halyard winches. Andersen reefing winch on main. Main has three reefs; third reef is 50%.       EQUIPMENT:  Dual anchor rollers on S/S stem fitting. New 77 lb Spade S160 anchor with older chain. Luke 50 lb anchor. 35 lb CQR anchor. Fortress FX-37 anchor with storage bag and 15' chain and 200' octoplait rode. 250' heavy spare nylon rode. Schenker 30 watermaker, full o-ring replacement, new membranes 2021, presently pickled. High quality water filter under galley sink. New 2022 spigot for galley sink.   All head hoses replaced 2018 with Trident Sanishield. Replaced head pumps 2021 & 2023. Many fenders with covers.
