Condition update for "Lady Barbara"

"Lady Barbara" has had a bit of a roller coaster ride for the last few years. The owner had a dream to build two of these vessels and parade them around the USA to attract interest with hopes to build more to sell to clients.

The vessel settled in Kaneohe Bay in Hawaii on a mooring ball fronting the owners waterfront home. Maintenance was deferred, the owner was getting older, then died leaving "Lady Barbara" to fend for herself to some degree as the estate battled for the marbles. Kudos to the fine workmanship performed when she was built in Taiwan.

There was a bump in 2018 and 2019 in maintenance, and supported by the estate, however, not all of the heirs. He masts are down, she went thru an expensive haul out and numerous upgrades to the tune of about 175k...and counting, however, the latest budget is just enough to clean her up, and get her sold performed by the brokerage "A" team repair crew.

We can provide pretty detailed receipts for work done on her.

She is moored here: www.koolinamarina.com and we believe whomever purchases her will be able to retain the moorage. We are prepared to help the new owner(s) after the sale to any degree needed. Our goal is to see "Lady Barbara" free to roam again.

We have yet to visit a storage locker in the ships name. We shall accomplish this this week and take photos.

Please feel free to call us: John 808 391 0433 cell anytime, also on Whatsapp John Dukesherer.
