The Ultimate Cruiser is a special version of the center cockpit 31.  The forepeak, formerly the location for one of the double berths, now houses the head, standard sink, wet/dry storage and a hanging locker. There's a shower sump pump and although this boat does not have a hot water heater, you can easily hang a solar shower above the foredeck hatch.

Despite the loss of the v-berth sleeping space, Chinook III can still sleep 4 adults. There is a double bunk filler with matching cushions, which turn the main cabin into a large double berth.  There is an aft cabin berth which is a large comfortable sleeping space for a couple.

The galley counter is located immediately to port as you enter the main cabin.
