The boat has a full-time experienced crew taking care of the boat. They have been on the Tiger-Fly for 4 years. An Excellent fishing team. The boat is in the Maverick program. The Maverick program takes care of Booking the boat on Charters, taking care of the Maintenance of the boat, taking care of the clients fishing on the boat, all accounting (P/L) statements, paying dockage, paying fuel and food bills for the Tiger-Fly. They handle the everyday boat needs. The boat had a great financial year. We had approximately 185 charters from June 2023 - June 2024 We have all of the P/L statements to show the gains. We took 80k in May 2024 out of our account. We made significant changes over the last two years to benefit the operational costs of business. The boat net profits approximately $1500+/day. The owners used the approximately 30-35 times in that year span. Those dates would be filled with Charters and add approximately $50,000 more to the P/L statement for the year. The boat would stay in the same slip in Los-Suenos. The Tiger-Fly has a big following. The boat is already booked throughout the year. We also have approximately $15,000-$20,000 filters, zincs, pumps, and boat parts in my bodega. Anything that goes to those motors, and generator would go with the boat. The boat has top of the line Rods and Reels. (6) Alutecnos 50’s, (8) Alutecnos 20’s with custom rods, they would go with the boat. Tons of tackle and lures would also go with the boat. We are will to micro manage the Tiger-Fly regarding maintenance parts for a little while. We will also let you use our bodega as a part deport until we have our own boat down there. This is a turn-key boat. We have the attorney in Costa Rica, that has all our corporation. Transfer the corporation, pay the money, and fill up the boat and go. The boat has tremendous growth potential. The charter boat business is booming in Los-Suenos. The seas are calm, the fishing is top three in the world. And Los-Suenos is a 5 star resort.
